Innovative Metering Solutions Terms and Conditions

All quoted prices are valid for thirty (30) days unless otherwise stated in quotation.

Prices are quoted FOB-Our warehouse in Odessa, FL.

IMS payment terms are Net 30 days.

Returned material is subject to restocking charges.  Product must be in original container and in new condition.  An RGA # must be obtained from IMS prior to returning product.  Re-stocking charge will be applied as follows:

 1-45 days   -     15%

 46-90 days   -   30%

 91-120 days -   50%

120 days or greater - Product may not be returned for credit.

IMS does accept Visa and MasterCard. Orders placed via credit card will be subject to a 3% increase in selling price due to processing charges.

All sales are subject to state and local taxes where applicable.
