Steve Portlance - President, is a native of Milwaukee, WI.  Steve formerly was employed  with Badger Meter, Inc. for 36 years and has spent more than 22 years selling and promoting water products throughout the US and in various markets.  Most recently, he held the position of Account Manager in the state of Florida and has been selling Badger Meter products in the state for the last 9 years.



Scott Cochrane - Vice President, is a native of Charlotte, NC.  Scott was formerly the Director of Utility Sales for Badger Meter, Inc. in the US & Canada, a position he held for more than 8 years.  He had been a direct employee with Badger Meter for 14 years holding multiple sales and management positions.  He was also the sales representative for Badger Meter in Florida from 1995-1999.  Prior to joining Badger Meter, Scott was employed with Baker Equipment Engineering Company.


Chuck Porter  - Sales Consultant, is a native of Bastrop, LA.  Chuck grew up in a water family and has more than 30 years experience in the water industry, having served the last 22 years with Badger Meter in Milwaukee, WI.  Chuck was Badger's Director of Marketing for many years as well as heading up the commercial side of Badger's water meter business.  He also worked for a Badger Meter distributor in Louisiana and as a Badger Meter sales representative in Texas.  Chuck resides in Fernandina Beach, Fl.


Mike Lotre - Warehouse Manager, is a native of DeWitt, Michigan.  Mike retired after 20 years with the US Navy, during which he served in many different capacities, the latest being Instructor for new sailors.  He also has served as an instructor for the US Special Forces.  Mike oversees all warehouse functions.
